3. YOUR FLEXIBILITY WILL PAY YOU-All of us go to the job market to find a job with all the benefits and the perks we usually dream of. As a new recruit you will have to reduce your expectation, may have to accept a job with a lower salary and with less benefits. To face the odd you may have to shift your career tracks-at least in the short term. Set a realistic goal.
4. USE YOUR CONTACTS-Not for the jobs, but also for the information that the people of your network can provide you. Get the world know you are searching for a job. Talk to professional associates and fellow jobseekers. Don't be shy to ask the favors .Online networks may play a very vital role for this purpose.
5. DO NOT GET PANIC-Looking for a job is indeed a process charged with emotions. Do not take a rash decision. Face the situation as it comes to you. Fear of losing a job or not getting a new one will not bring any good to you. Be confident, prepare yourself and go ahead.
